About Me
My journey started at the University of Oregon but quickly progressed to the floor of a broadcast station, federal agency communications offices, and independent consulting work with clients across government, nonprofit, and private sectors.
My career sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and visual media. I'm equally comfortable on a shoot, on deadline, or in a boardroom translating a technical program into language a general audience can actually use.
At the Air Force Research Laboratory, I supported public affairs initiatives for one of the country's premier R&D institutions — producing multimedia assets across formats while maintaining strict DOD compliance and Section 508 accessibility standards. At KOAT 7 Action News, I shot, edited, and delivered broadcast-quality video segments on tight daily turnarounds. As a freelance consultant, I've helped organizations across sectors sharpen their communications and grow their audiences.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oregon and a Secret security clearance through the U.S. Department of Defense, currently eligible for reinstatement.
When I'm not working, you'll find me behind a camera and spending time with family.
